ISLT 7378 Electronic Portfolio Development
Course Description: This course focuses on the process of developing electronic portfolios to document the achievement of standards-based curriculum.
Reflection: I was nervous about this course because I did not know what to expect. I had never created an online portfolio before and I was not exactly sure what it was going to entail. I was politely surprised that creating an online portfolio was fairly simple and reflective process. The time I spent in introduction and intermediate web development helped me immensely with creating the actual portfolio. I actually had more trouble creating reflections for each course I took because I could not remember exactly what I did in each course. After some searching and looking through my old assignments and activities I reminded myself what I learned in each course and it became a good way for me to reflect on my program of study for my master's degree.
